Midas strongly believes in its Corporate Social Responsibility and giving back to the society. Satellite Training Unit (STU) is one of the initiatives taken by Midas in collaboration with a project of United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for Gender Promotion named GEN-PROM.

The overall objective of this program is to provide economic empowerment to the female segment of the society by harnessing them with the skills required in the garment industry. In MIDAS, STU was first established in 2008 and since then more than 1600 female workers have been trained.


Our divisional activities particularly emphasize on experience, expertise, capability, reliability and quality.

Based on the principles of international human rights norms as described in International Labor Organization Conventions, the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of the Child, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and National/Local Labor Laws, MIDAS Safety Clothing Division has developed the following codes of conduct under which products are to be manufactured.
